Lesson 3: Multitasking

Sometimes, multitasking can be a strategic move—when done thoughtfully. Multitasking becomes a distraction when it becomes our default, our way of life that we don’t question. In many cases it causes us anxiety and stress and leaves us with the feeling that we are never truly present, that life is passing us by as we put out fires. In this lesson we look at multitasking and examine the ways in which we can remove thoughtless multitasking from our lives and how we can turn some multitasking into part of our strategic vision.
